The house itself has great appeal. With its open-plan layout, almost all rooms open onto terraces, offering a wonderful inside-outside living space. Decor is pared down, with tiled floors and elegant contemporary furnishings, a simple color palette and minimal embellishment - which lets the environment provide the inspiration.

The villa has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a large kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Propriano is one of the most popular resorts in Corsica. Notable spots to visit are the Church of Notre Dame de la Misericorde in the center of the town, as well as a number of beautiful local beaches like the Plage de Lido. It also has great restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Ferries to Sardinia and mainland France leave from the town marina. Other great day trips are to the village of Campomoro, with its renowned beach and 16th-century tower, and to Sartene, an ancient walled hilltop town, close to the prehistoric sites of Cauria and Palaggiu.
