Perched high above the Tyrrhenian Sea and completely immersed in the Circeo National Park, this villa's enviable position and stunning views create an idyllic and private retreat. Nestled into the mountainside among gently sloping tropical and botanical gardens, the villa has a staggered layout that affords amazing views of the sea and the Pontine islands on the horizon from every angle.

Built with respect for traditional Mediterranean architecture, the home is in perfect harmony with its natural setting. The upper garden level entrance opens into a spacious living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens out to the expansive terrace with stunning views. Tastefully decorated with a mix of ethnic, Asian and local handcrafted pieces, the home is elegant but simple and well equipped for comfort and privacy.

Each of the five en-suite bedrooms feature private entrances and beautiful sea views with room for up to 10 guests. There is an additional independent suite with living room, solarium and fireplace available by request. Head out to the terraces to BBQ and enjoy the extra large jacuzzi with waterfall overlooking the sea for relaxing al fresco.

AROUND

Located along the Tyrrhenian coast mid way between Rome and Naples, the picturesque port town of San Felice Circeo lies just south of the exclusive area of Punta Rossa and above Faro. The historic town center is just a short drive as are the crytal clear coastal beaches of Circeo and Torre Paola and a quick hour boat ride will get you out to the Pontine Islands and nature reserves offshore. Ponza is inhabited by a small and very historic town and remains provincial and largley undiscovered (except by locals) and Palmarola features lovely shoreline and grottos and amazing natural beauty. Back on the mainland, the surrounding Circeo National Park is a protected UNESCO biosphere and encompasses over 20,000 acres of forests, lakes, dunes and the island of Zannone.
