Villa Surya is a new luxury villa in Sayulita with 6 bedrooms and breathtaking panoramic views of the Sayulita bay. The structure consists of a spacious, two-story main home, with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and four private suites tucked below and connected by a staircase. Altogether, the villa can sleep up to 12 people.You will also have floor-to-ceiling windows in the main home, a large kitchen, living room, outdoor dining area, and an infinity pool with jungle and ocean views.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a peaceful jungle setting make the stunning, open-plan home a panoramic architectural outpost. The main home offers two stories with two bedrooms and baths, a half bath, and an open concept living room and kitchen area with dazzling ocean views. Sliding doors lead to a large terrace and outdoor dining area and each bedroom has a balcony as well. An infinity pool stretches out high above the ocean.

The four individual suites are located below the main house, each one equipped with a queen-sized bed. The suites are built across two levels, the upper locations with private balconies, the lower studios each equipped with a private terrace and dipping pool.

The house is located in Nanzal Hill, an exclusive enclave surrounded by jungle vegetation with incredible views. The beach is reached via a steep walk downhill for about 10 minutes, with the town center about 15-20 minutes away on foot. Golf cart rentals are a popular option for folks who'd rather not hike up and down the hill, taxis are inexpensive and easily available, or for-hire drivers can be arranged. Nanzal Hill is on Sayulita's south side, and it's known for its relaxed, upscale atmosphere.

Sayulita’s central plaza and commercial zone of boutiques, cafes and shops are all easily accessible. Known for its surf breaks and authentic, small-town atmosphere, Sayulita is an unassuming beach destination devoid of glitzy resorts and big box stores on Mexico’s lush Riviera Nayarit, some 25 miles from Puerto Vallarta. Local artisans and indigenous Huichol craftspeople sell their handiwork in town shops, and straightforward family-run cafes offer coastal delicacies and fresh juices. Surfers appreciate the strong and consistent break, and the Pacific beach is backed by the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains and fronted to the southwest by the Marieta Islands, land of humpback whales and schools of dolphins. Once a modest fishing village, Sayulita is still a place where locals and tourists share the waterfront and enjoy scuba diving and surfing, game fishing and other watersports, together.
