The open-plan layout and tastefully understated interiors are simple and stylish with cool, contemporary furnishings, minimal decor and amazing views. The ground floor features an en-suite master with ocean views and the upper floor features two additional bedrooms (one en-suite), all with private balconies and spectacular views.

With an infinity pool on the upper deck and lounge terrace and jacuzzi below, the property is relaxing and secluded, with sweeping views, luxurious design and rugged natural beauty.

AROUND  

The western coast of Crete features wild natural landscapes and two of the top-ten ranked beaches in Greece: Balos and Elafonisi. A quieter less populated region, it stretches from Balos and Falasarna to Livadia, Elafonisi and the Krios peninsula in Paleohora and Kissamos to the north. 

The nearby village of Livadia is a charming and traditional village and is located along the the seaside route of the European E4 hiking path. The historic old port town of Chania with its Venetian harbor, seaside palaces and busy resorts is about an hour's drive, and the medieval archeological heritage village of Maroulas is situated just a few miles from the Venetian harbor town of Rethymno along the scenic northern coastline.
