Created by Italian architects DeCarlo Gualla, the layout and relaxed style blend perfectly with the jungle environment. Using all natural materials, local wood and environmental design, the building and grounds accent and celebrate the Yucatan peninsula's natural beauty, while using the latest alternative energy technologies and remaining entirely ecological and self-sufficient.
With three double bedrooms, each has a private balcony with stunning views and en suite baths. The living area is bright and spacious with room for six and the kitchen is fully equipped for self service with a private chef available should you choose to have your meals catered.
There's a plunge pool and gardens that blend into the surrounding jungle and a large rooftop terrace that overlooks the Caribbean and your own private beach.

Surrounded by over 1 million acres of protected biosphere, the main entrance to Parque Nacional Tulum is just a twenty minute drive and central Tulum city is less than 10 miles. Cozumel and Isla Mujeres sit off the coast to the east and are reachable within an hour.
The towns of Bacalar, Playa del Carmen and Akumal, as well as the ancient Maya ruins of Chacchoben, Coba, Kohunlich, Muyil, Tulum, Xel-Há, and Xcaret all reside within the state of Quintana Roo. Cancún is the entry point for the area and is just under two hours drive.
