Located just a short boat ride from the historic and vibrant city of Granada but worlds away in terms of privacy, this villa for rent in Nicaragua is a rare opportunity to both hideaway and explore the stunning volcanic lake regions. Elegant and sophisticated, the villa has been recently renovated into a stylish boutique retreat. 

Accommodating up to eight adults, the main house is comprised of a large, fully equipped  kitchen with an optional private chef, a spacious sitting room and two king sized ensuite bedrooms. 

In the separate pool pavilion there are two chic en-suite double bedrooms each with lake views, as well as changing facilities and a relaxation area for chilling out.

Here, al-fresco dining is a must, where you can choose between the terrace for aperitifs, the pool house area, and the lower garden terrace (complete with king-size hanging bed) for dinner under the stars.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Two on-site managers available 24hrs, an interpreter is available for a nominal charge. Optional private chef, Yoga classes, massage services, paddle boarding lessons, welcome baskets and grocery stocking can be provided on request including: Champagne and chocolates. essentials, cocktail/drinks etc.

Complimentary kayaks provided for guests use, Wifi throughout, laundry facilities.  

Please note: the tap water on the island is not suitable for drinking and so complimentary mineral water fountains can be found both in the main house and pool area.

AROUND  

Sitting in the shade of the Masaya and Mombacho volcanoes and Ometepe Island on Lake Nicaragua, the area is an adventure wonderland, from  hiking, fishing, water sports, horseback riding, dining and shopping, this is a region of rich exploration.  

Considered the most beautiful city in Nicaragua, you are just a short boat ride from the UNESCO heart of Granada. A fast emerging destination on the rise, Nicaragua is home to a rich history and raw natural beauty. 

Colorful and historic, the colonial past comes alive here with picture perfect grandeur surrounded by lush tropical scenery and protected ecological areas. Other sites worth visiting are Parque Central and the private Mi Museo, with its collection of Pre-Columbian ceramics.

The inland city of Matagalpa produces the world famous Nicaraguan coffee and a little further up the mountain is Esteli where tobacco is farmed. The beaches near San Juan del Sur and the border with Costa Rica are about two hours south and the capital of Managua is just under an hour’s drive.
