Restored to retain its rural character, much of the materials are reclaimed, and it's furnished with locally-sourced antiques and interesting personal details. The warm and intimate living area features a cozy wood stove and a picture window overlooking the ponds. The kitchen has been updated for modern convenience with a dining area designed for large groups and a dining porch just outside for meals alfresco.

With a spiral stair that leads to the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms tucked away in the eaves that sleep up to six, along with one and half baths. A sunroom with its own wood stove doubles as an extra bedroom or lounge and large French doors open out to two large sun decks and the gardens.

The expansive flowering grounds are lush and green with apple orchards, an organic vegetable garden, berries and herbs with your choice of two campfire pit, up in the woods or next to the brook for nights under the stars.
