Per the City of Palm Springs, no outdoor music is allowed, and a fine of $1,500 will be charged directly to the guests. Only ONE vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize the driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access. The property is not pet friendly. If pet fur is found in the home, furnishing or pool a fine of $1,500 will be charged. No smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. Parties/events are not allowed at this property. Please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance. Over-occupying the home will result in fines and/or eviction. The City of Palm Springs requires a copy of an ID prior check-in and that the signer be 25 years of age. House rules are strictly enforced. You can expect to be fined for smoking, damage to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, outdoor music, large parties, moving furniture, and pets without consent. The property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that the neighborhood noise levels are respected and complying with the current noise ordinance in the Coachella Valley. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the pool, or the interior of the house.
