Situated on a bluff above rice paddies and the Balinese Sea, this newly-built villa is immersed in lush tropical gardens with amazing unobstructed views out to sea. Combining modern structural proportions with traditional Balinese design attributes and aesthetics, the structure celebrates the unification of styles by utilizing warm teak wood, bamboo, decorative scroll work and Alang Alang thatched roofs.
Quiet and understated, you'll enjoy the luxuries of full service and modern amenities in a laid back but elegant environment. Serene, soothing and expansive, there is plenty of space to spread out inside and out with walls of windows and doors that open to all sides of the property and surrounding views. The open-plan living areas have soaring ceilings that includes an upstairs lounge as well as a poolside media room, and all benefit from the indoor outdoor flow.
The fully-equipped kitchen is where your private chef will prepare your daily breakfast with the option of additional meal preparation throughout your stay or you can whip up something yourself for dining poolside. With five bedrooms, the four master suites all come with en-suite baths and amazing views while the fifth is dedicated to the kids, with bunk beds for two.
The large infinity pool forms the centerpiece of the L-shaped courtyard and centralizes the fun, with shaded lounge areas and dining for 10, with an additional dining lounge off of the media room. Extensive terraced gardens surrounding two gazebos built into the cliffs overlook the sea, rice paddies and a beautiful stone temple below that's still used for traditional ceremonies a couple of times each year.

AROUND
Just a few minutes walk to the Bali Sea and its black sand beaches, the northern shores of the island are home to several small villages and are the ideal location from which to see both the coast and the interior. From the small town of Seririt you can reach Lovina Beach and Banjar to the east, and the interior highlands of Munduk to the south. The stunning Balai Taman National Reserve sits just at the farthest western tip.
