Lansdowne Farm

Conway Coast, New Zealand
A Luxury Lodge on New Zealand's Conway Coast

Whether you require one double bedroom or all six, the Lansdowne Farm Lodge and its campus are yours to enjoy exclusively. It's an ideal place for family reunions, travelling friends, retreats, meetings and celebrations.

The land itself is anchored by a rich history: Charles Upham, New Zealand's most decorated soldier, lived on it for many years and the gentle, custodial approach to the land that presided then remains now. Built in 2011, the property is still a 1,500-acre working pastoral farm located south of Kaikoura. The owners call it a “seaside sanctum,” and with good reason: it is a place between beach and rolling mountains, where dolphin pods pass you by, where the clean lines of modern architecture free you from life’s static.
