Set on a hilltop outside the small village of Arcevia in Italy's Marche region, the property offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the bucolic countryside. The meticulous exterior stonework restoration and complete transformation of the interiors lend a renewed vitality and chic contemporary update to these simple rustic residences. Working together with a team of local architects and craftsmen, the apartments were pared down to the essentials and given a subtle lift, creating more contemporary spaces.
Down the dramatic spiral stairs are the sauna, hamman, and indoor relaxation areas with the stunning saltwater infinity pool just outside. With extensive gardens, lawns and outdoor lounge areas, you can fire up the barbecue, gather round the fire pit, wander the grounds, play on he boccia (boules) court, swim or explore the beautiful countryside.
