The guest will receive a refund if the booking is canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. If the guest cancels 14-30 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 14 days of the start of the stay, no refund will be given.
All refunds are subject to a credit card fee of up to 3.5%.

Access to the apartment is restricted to those who have made a reservation. Any third-party visitors are allowed to access the apartment only with express permission from the host. The person making the reservation may be held responsible for cancellation, no-show or damages. Right to peace and privacy: All guests agree to respect the privacy and tranquility of the neighbors, especially at night. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests fail to honor this agreement or cause a disturbance to the people living nearby. Guests agree to use internet access in an appropriate manner. Using our network for an illegal activity is not permitted and will be reported to the local authorities. We reserve the right to charge the booking party for any damage caused during the stay. This includes breakage, stains, damage to furniture or facilities and equipment. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible. The replacement of lost keys will be charged. It is the responsibility of each guest to protect their valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft. Any items lost or forgotten by guests during a stay, if found, will be retained for a period of one month. Although we will do our best to return lost items to their owners, we do not take over the cost of shipping and we do not accept responsibility for replacing lost items.
