Perched on a hill north of Barcelona, the home has spectacular 360-degree views.

From its vantage point in the Catalan countryside, this vacation home for rent commands magnificent views of the mountains and valleys below. The main floor features a large fully-equipped modern kitchen with a formal dining area off the living room with a cozy fireplace, a separate sitting room and oversized picture windows that overlook the views. There are six bedrooms distributed throughout the house, with room for up to 12 guests.

The grounds of the house are a lovely green oasis of natural gardens surrounded by the protected national park lands, with terraces and large decks, a tennis court, and lounge spaces around the large pool to take in the beauty and silence.

Only 50 kilometers from Barcelona, the Montseny Natural Park is an idyllic place to explore the Catalan countryside. From the higher colder altitudes, down to the southeastern Mediterranean regions, the Park is home to a unique biosphere of wild habitats, climates and landscapes with an array of natural diversity and beauty and plenty of hiking and biking trails.

The house is 3km from the superb 18 hole Montanya golf course and just minutes from the village of Seva, where you'll find local shops and cafes and twenty minutes drive to the lovely provincial town of Vic. Famous for its markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays, the town sits along the banks of the Mèder river almost equidistant from Girona and Barcelona.

Its long history reveals a mix of Romanesque, Baroque and Gothic with vestiges of the city’s ancient past and a vibrant modern culture settled into the Catalan countryside.
