Located in the heart of Barcelona at the edge of the elegant Eixample District and the historic Gothic Quarter, this charming penthouse offers chic sophistication and easy access to the best of the city. Situated at the rooftop of this renovated Art Nouveau building, the penthouse is a calm retreat up and away from the bustle of the city.

CUADRADO DE ORO

Located at the edge of the elegant Eixample neighborhood, a short stroll away from Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya, the street is praised by locals for being one of the nicest in central Barcelona. Quiet and walkable, there is an excellent selection of good restaurants, shops, and galleries.

Sometimes referred to as the Cuadrado de Oro, it's the epicenter for modernism in Barcelona and features the work of modernist architects Antoní Gaudi (the famous La Pedrera is just a short walk from the apartment), Enric Sagnier and Doménech I Muntaner.

Gayxample, the gay district, is also in Eixample and is a lively, cosmopolitan area.
