These two lofts designed by award-winning Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld are located in the landmark Lacerda building in the Sumarezinho district, a hilly neighborhood of São Paulo that has seen remarkable development in recent years.
The building is integrated into the busy urban environment, a 17-story, contemporary tower that appears to hover above the ground, topped with landscaped terraces that crown the structure in greenery. The majority of the building is for commercial use, except for the 15th and 16th floors which are reserved for residential use, and it's there that you'll find these two loft apartments, with double-height windows, mezzanine bedrooms, and panoramic views across the city. The interiors are also designed by Weinfeld, featuring his signature clean, angular lines, natural materials, and homage to Brazilian modern design.
