Take flight over one of our most striking properties… Andre Antunes, journalist, TV producer and owner of Modern by the Sea in Comporta, Portugal, shared this great video of his property with us. A contemporary villa just minutes from the ocean, it was designed by Pedro Ferreira Pinto and built in 2010 to blend into the surrounding environment.
“Our family found this land by chance and fell in love with the area,” says Andre. “It’s near a wild and protected beach and only an hour and a half from Lisbon. From the house, you can see the protected wetlands with birds and animals, smell the pine tree forest and hear the waves of the Atlantic. Even if you are in the living room, or in the pool built on the top of the house.”
