Harbor Views from Every Window
This is a winning combination of simple elegance and edgy modern style. We like the polished mix of vintage contemporary design and raw industrial materials. The harbor views from every location are stunning. The apartment shares a kitchen and two terraces with the Atelier and Library, also from Valletta Vintage.
Located at the seaside end of Valletta's main street, this penthouse studio has been completely reinterpreted in tone, space and materials from its 18th-century roots. Renovated in 2013 by the owner and architect whose practice resides in the same building, it is one of a collection of distinctively designed properties developed and curated by the owner and his partner and highlights their love and commitment to art and modern design.
Located on the third floor and featuring striking harbor views from every window, the architectural vision, reorganization of space and concrete and tile finishes are sharp and stylish and showcase the handpicked selection of vintage decor and furnishings and an eye-catching collection of original art.
The apartment features its own breakfast nook and partial kitchenette and shares the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and dining areas overlooking the sea. The spacious south-facing terrace features additional dining space and breathtaking views of the historic Fort St. Elmo and harbor.
Compact but intuitively laid out and roomy, this beautifully designed one bedroom is ideal for two and delivers on comfort, artistic style and cool design.
