We love the curated vintage market finds and the way the film-industry owners have used creative decor to make the high-ceilinged rooms feel so personal. Perched in the "it" neighborhood of Carabacel, it’s exactly where you want to be—tucked away from the main tourist trail, but close enough to the sea to feel the Mediterranean breeze from the balconies.

Layout

This vacation home for rent in Nice sleeps two guests. The 70-square-meter floor plan includes a primary bedroom with a large double bed and integrated desk, and a living area. Storage is prioritized through a traditional Parisian wardrobe and a separate walk-in storage room. The bathroom features an Italian-style ground-level shower, with a separate WC.

Good to know

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a classic building. While the neighborhood is quieter than the tourist center, it is very much an urban environment. A modern heat pump provides efficient cooling in summer and warmth in winter. A housekeeper is available for additional help if needed. The home is accessed via a Nudi door lock system, using a code.
