We love the olive groves, the breathtaking views of the valley up to the sea, and the Tuscan hills that surround this picturesque country home and promise to give you an unforgettable and relaxing stay.
This recently renovated 210-square-meter, standalone country house is in a wonderful location in the hills of Camaiore, in the Province of Lucca and only a few minutes' drive from the splendid beaches of Versilia. It has a spectacular view of the valley up to the sea.
The owners Astrid and Peter Gufler personally welcome and introduce the guests on Saturday, and they are available to help with any issues that may arise during the week.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room with an open fireplace, 46in flat TV with SAT, DVD with wireless DSL connection, iPod dock, a professionally equipped kitchen with a fireplace. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a lone-standing bathtub and shower. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a whirlpool bathtub and shower. One of the bedrooms have access to the garden and pool area.
There is a covered pergola for eating outside, and a wood and gas grill system 5m from the house. The garden is enclosed. The pool running over to the horizon has a salt filter system and a whirlpool.

Explore the chic beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, the lively town of Pietrasanta, home of many artists and stone sculptors, the marble quarries of Carrara, Pisa and the walled city of Lucca, all within a 20- to 40-minute drive. To the north-east is the mountainous area of the Garfagnana, with its ancient stone villages, waterfalls and hiking paths with breathtaking views.
Visit Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, the Chianti-region, the Maremma, the Cinque Terre and Portofino, all one to two hours away.
