A Seamless Blend of Indoor and Outdoor Living
An ultra-modern, sleek and secluded luxury eight-bedroom estate situated on three acres of pristine property facing the vast Atlantic Ocean, this villa is surrounded by almond trees, coconut palms and many flowering vines and shrubs native to the Dominican Republic.
This 20,000-square-foot villa provides a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, with the two grand indoor living rooms opening via 14-foot-high operable window walls to outdoor lounges complete with fireplace and two full bars.
The dramatic centerpiece of the house is the large infinity pool that creates a seamless blend between the property and the vast expanse of ocean and sky. The pool extends straight out towards the cliff, broken only by a wooden sunbathing dock. Just below the pool nestled into the cliff-front terrace and sited for privacy is the 20-person Jacuzzi. Another intimate place to experience the ocean's raw beauty, as waves crash into the rocks below.
At this Caribbean luxury villa, all amenties and details have been carefully considered to cater to discerning travelers.

Around
The Dominican Republic boasts incredible cultural and natural diversity with some of the Caribbean’s most pristine beaches, lush rainforests, and a rich history. The villa is located in Cabrera, at the eastern end of the country's north coast, 130 kilometers north of the island’s capital of Santo Domingo. The latter dates back to Columbus’ discovery of the island in the 16th century, with the UNESCO-listed Zona Colonial at its center, and its miles long Malecon along the shore.
The island’s interiors are mountainous and lush with the Caribbean’s largest mountain, Pico Duarte at its center. Immediately offshore is the protected Isla Catalina with beaches, coral reefs and the wrecked ship of pirate William Kidd. Playa Grande beach, near Cabrera, was cited by Condé Nast Traveler as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
The hilltop village of Altos de Chavon, a surreal replica of a 16th-century Mediterranean village, is another great destination. Designed by Dominican architect, Jose Antonio Caro, and Italian designer and cinematographer, Roberto Coppa, the meticulous recreation was handcrafted by local artisans and serves as a cultural center for artists from all over the world. It’s atmospheric cobblestone streets, stone buildings and Grecian amphitheater are a hub of working studios in multiple mediums, with many shops and galleries where you can purchase their work.
