This 500 m2 historic house (built in 1938) is on the list of protected monuments as a house of exceptional architectural value between the Two World Wars. With five en-suite bedrooms and one bedroom/living room, the villa is ideal for families or a big group of friends.

The owners of this luxury villa in Dubrovnick nurture the concept of interesting and functional spatial design where all interior design elements were created by renowned international and Croatian designers (Charles & Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen, Jean Prouvé, Eileen Gray, Foruse, Konstantin Grcic, Hee Welling, Otto Blümel, Maarten Van Severen, Grupa Numen/For Use etc.) in an eclectic mix of Art Deco and mid-century modern pieces collected through the years.

Many of furnishings can be found in well-known museums of contemporary art, such as MoMA in New York. The paintings and artistic installations in the villa are also by well known artist Nikolina Šimunović whose main inspiration is to to create art celebrating Dubrovnik and its region.

On the ground floor there is a large professional kitchen, a dining room with a wine fridge (great collection of Croatian and world wines), an en-suite bedroom with two single beds, an artisticly painted living room and bath. 

The first floor has a beautifully designed en-suite master bedroom with a salon – living/bedroom, a dining room and a wardrobe area.

On this floor, guests experience the history of past decades, while playing piano or enjoying magnificent views of Old Town and Lokrum island from a 1920s Bibendum armchair. From the master bedroom there is entrance to the hot tub from where the stars are even brighter while drinking champagne.

The second floor has a en-suite bedroom and balcony from where the view is almost impossible to beat. At the end of the hall is an en-suite bedroom with sea views.

The black and white mirror room with luxury Devon and Devon bathtub (13 m2),  is romantic heaven for couples with views of the Adriatic.

The attic contains an additional en-suite bedroom with a book corner where book lovers can enjoy reading the fine literature provided. This area has its own unique character, and was inspired by sci-fi space ships. 

The villa has three terraces providing signature panoramic views. The main terrace with swimming pool is 130 square meters, while the second terrace with hot tub and BBQ is 15sqm and offers a spectacular view of the island of Lokrum. The third upper terrace (9 m2) is a peaceful and private pleace to relax.

AROUND

One of the Mediterraneans most beautiful cities, Dubrovnik the city of stone is surrounded with 1,940 m long stone walls. A tour of the world's second most frequented open-air museum will definitely take your breath away. 

The fantastic views will inspire you to take some photographs, and the sights that you will capture will continue to amaze you over and over again. Visit the museums of Dubrovnik, taste some of the delicious Mediterranean specialities at the taverns and restaurants of the Old City and complete the treat with a cup of coffee in Stradun. Everything is just a few minutes walk from the villa.

The villa sits within easy distance of the old center of this UNESCO-protected fortress city, and the island of Lokrum is a 15-minute taxi boat ride from the Old Town. In the center of the island there is a crystal-clear salt lake and the ruins of a Benedictine monastery and Fort Royal.

The Elaphiti islands are just a short boat ride from the Old Town as well, and are full of pristine beaches, like Šunj on the island of Lopud, covered in fine, white sand. For extreme seclusion, try the island of Koločep.

Other excellent beaches include Lapad, which is perfect for families, and Banje, a white pebble beach just off the Ploče Gate near the Old Town.
