Part of a grand historical estate, this unique vacation rental in Greece is set on 900 acres of pristine nature sanctuary left untouched for centuries. Built in the 1920s, the main villa is a Neoclassical home, restored and updated in an understated and elegant style that maintains the finesse of the early 20th-century architecture and the feel of a country idyll.
Just steps from the water's edge, immersed in lush (and edible!) Mediterranean gardens with the peaceful sounds and scent of the sea, it's an unforgettable and rare treat to call your own. Read an interview with the owner in our Stories section here.
Placed directly on the beach overlooking magnificent views of the bay and neighboring islands, this vacation rental in Greece is a private paradise. Accessed through a large entrance hall, the main villa's living room has a comfy lounge area around the large limestone fireplace, a library full of books, and interesting memorabilia. Two large French doors open to the pergola-shaded living area, with views to the sea and the countryside.
The adjacent dining and kitchen area are connected by a bar that's crafted from local marble and have direct access to the outdoor living areas. The kitchen features a large traditional Cycladic wood-burning fireplace, and guests have access to a selection of organic seasonal farm products to complement the menu.
The sunny, en-suite master bedroom has large picture windows and its own fireplace, and both the double en-suite and twin en-suite bedrooms have large picture windows and a fireplace.
The Grand Master Suite features a fireside lounge, second bedroom, and French doors leading to its own terrace. The separate Pasha building, with its shaded terrace overlooking the sea, was built in the Ottoman period and can accommodate a couple, and the Traditional Greek Cottage can accommodate an additional 4 to 5 guests.
The numerous shaded terraces, patios and garden settings offer breathtaking views of the bay with outdoor sitting and dining areas, beaches and private piers at your doorstep.
