Timeless Design Between Tuscany & Umbria
This is a home born from a sophisticated Belgian-Italian design dialogue. The vision was to transform a traditional country house into a contemporary sanctuary that feels both grand and intimate. The architecture respects the rural vernacular while the interiors introduce a layer of minimalist elegance.
Across 830 square meters, the interiors by Devos Interieur are serene and spacious. A palette of soft, natural tones complements tactile materials like wood and marble. The central kitchen, featuring a Lacanche oven and a wine climate cabinet, is designed for social gatherings. Two separate living rooms, one with a fireplace, provide ample space for unwinding.
The professionally landscaped grounds hold an infinity pool, flanked by a stylish pool house with a bar. The covered outdoor kitchen, complete with a pizza oven, barbecue and pieces by B&B Italia, is perfect for long lunches on the terrace. A jeu-de-boules court sits among the olive trees. There's also a pétanque field and pingpong table, and a seasonal vegetable garden is available for guest use.
What we love
The thoughtful, international design collaboration gives the home a unique and sophisticated character. The separate pigeon tower suite is the ultimate romantic escape—a playful hideaway that offers a couple perfect privacy from the main group.
Layout
This vacation home for rent in Umbria sleeps up to 12 adults and two children. The three-story main house features five spacious double bedrooms, all with handmade box springs and en-suite bathrooms. All seven bathrooms have toilets, showers and sinks, and two include bathtubs.
A separate guesthouse is located in the estate’s pigeon tower—a unique 50-square-meter suite with a double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and a sofa bed.
Experiences
A host of private services can be arranged. Book a private chef for a celebratory dinner, take a cooking workshop in the state-of-the-art kitchen, or enjoy a curated wine tasting. In-villa massages, daily cleaning, and breakfast service are also available. For exploring the countryside, e-bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request.

A car is essential for reaching the property and exploring the beautiful Umbria-Tuscany region.
