The ground floor living room and dining areas sit adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen which opens out to additional dining areas shaded by pergolas with views out to sea. Up one level are two double bedrooms that combined with the living room sofa beds, can accommodate up to 12 guests. Restful and peaceful, the rooms open to the fresh sea air and provide unobstructed scenery while immersed in total privacy.

With multiple lounging and dining areas, the terraces are the perfect place to unwind and enjoy peace and relaxation with views of the endless horizon. The house comes equipped with its own private dock and 150 meters of shoreline just five minutes from the house.

One of Greece’s most beautiful islands in the Cyclades chain, Ios is halfway between Naxos and Santorini and has a reputation for hedonistic fun. Summers especially are the stomping grounds for the party set, but there are quieter pleasures to be discovered during off season. A craggy and wild landscape, the interiors of the island are in quiet contrast to the charming main village with its tourist pedestrian zones and boisterous nightlife.

Just a short trek by car to the main village and the golden sands of Kolitsani beach (well known as a nudist beach), the house is ideally situated to navigate the best of the island. From Skarkos Hill's prehistoric sites and Homer’s Tomb, the island has many hidden treasures as well as private coves and secluded beaches that are only reachable by boat. Day trips to the islands of Santorini, Sikinos, Amorgos, Folegandros, Antiparos, Koufonisia, Milos and Mykonos are just a short jaunt.
