The property is fully furnished and includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and a washer and dryer. Please note that there is an additional $150 fee to heat the pool and spa, and housekeeping or private chef are available for an additional charge.

HISTORICAL CHARM AND A SHORT HOP TO DOWNTOWN

With deep roots in agriculture and oil, Dallas has grown into its own as a sophisticated metropolis, with a bustling design district and architectural icons aplenty. One notable must-see structure is the 1959-built Kalita Humphreys Theater, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. And in the Dallas Arts district, within a five-block radius, you can see the "Fabulous Five” buildings, by the likes of I.M. Pei, Norman Foster and Rem Koolhaas. 

The house is also just minutes from the Bishop Arts District, revered for its art galleries, a rainbow of ethnic food and cool boutiques, and close to Trinity Groves, a 15-acre entertainment destination with foodie restaurants and Downtown Dallas's dazzling views (10minutes from the home).
