The vision for the estate was to create a secluded escape that honors Salento’s timeless spirit. By transforming derelict structures into four distinct but connected homes, the design fosters the sense of a private hamlet. The two-acre grounds, filled with orchards and olive groves, were preserved to ensure total privacy and a deep connection to the surrounding national park landscape.

A central infinity pool and jacuzzi serve all guests, while one villa Casa di Pini boasts its own exclusive plunge pool. Several outdoor dining and lounge areas are scattered throughout the property, and spacious roof terraces provide the perfect vantage point.

Layout

The estate sleeps up to 14 guests across four private villas with a total of five bedrooms, four fully equipped kitchens, and two spacious lounges. The largest home, Casa di Pini, offers two bedrooms and its own private plunge pool. The other three villas—Casa di Uva, Casa di Mandorla, and Casa di Gelso—each have one bedroom. Each villa has one bathroom, and sofa beds offer flexibility for groups.
