Crafted by its owners, an artist and a nature conservationist, Najil Chak is a sanctuary in Tulum, Mexico. Its design honors architectural sustainable practices and local natural materials. The interiors prioritize texture and simplicity. Limestone walls meet local hard wood finishes and uniquely designed furniture. Furnishings are minimal and purposeful, focusing on hand woven accents and local craft.

Set in the heart of Tulum, the grounds have an air of a Mediterranean-style courtyard. Its private tropical landscape design frames the pool, and open-air living areas include a workshop space for wellness or artistic practices, shaded terraces, hot lodge, outdoor kitchen and bar, and multiple cozy corners to unwind and relax.

Layout

This vacation home for rent in Tulum, sleeps up to 16 guests. The property is organized in two different sections, each of them with a master bedroom and two en-suite bedrooms. One side holds the dining salon, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The other side features the living room area with spacious couches and TV.

Experiences

Guests can arrange private yoga sessions, sound healing, traditional Mayan ceremonies, or massage treatments. For exploring the area, paddleboard tours of the cenotes and day adventures are available. An in-house private chef can also be secured for an additional fee, handling all meals.

Good to know

This villa is located in the heart of Tulum, only five minutes away from Tulum Beach. A rental vehicle or shuttle van services for large groups are highly recommended. Staff are on site for cleaning every two days, and in-house cooking services are optional and have to be booked in advance.

The main Tulum hotel zone, with its notable restaurants and design-led boutiques, is only a five-minutes drive away. Further afield, the larger Mayan ruins of Coba offer culturally rich day trips.
