Beach House on Corfu with Room for a Crowd
Created by a husband-and-wife team from the island, this property was devised as an extra-large retreat for families or large groups to enjoy and get to know the quieter southern coast of the island, with various services from boat trips and touring, to on-site wellness and culinary experiences, bike touring, hiking, horseback riding, diving and canoeing. It’s available on its own or together, with its sister villas Villa Mare and Villa Zoe.
Strategically placed for maximum privacy and to highlight different aspects of the property, each of the villas is named for three principles of the site.
Villa Zen is located in a peaceful, forested site just above the shore and surrounded by a vast swath of green with perennial olive treas. The villa accommodates 10 guests in its five spacious bedrooms.
Elegantly designed to pamper, the 250-square-meter home is also an ode to the natural world with décor in pistachio greens and warm browns and wood that refers back to the Corfu's natural beauty. Wide glass doors let the sun and sea breeze inside, and the house is built across bi-levels with Ionian sea views. A cobbled path leads to the beach’s entrance

Around
Just off mainland Greece’s northwest coast in the Ionian Sea, Corfu is unlike much of the rest of the country due to its historical mix of Venetian, British and French rule, resulting in a unique cosmopolitan mix of heritages and history.
Its beautifully preserved Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a lovely blend of Renaissance, Baroque and classical architecture, with twin 15th-century Venetian fortresses flanking either side, the grand palaces of Achillion and Mon Repos, and a historical center of winding medieval streets and ornate arcades. The famous Liston is the town's trademark promenade around the Spianada square at its social heart.
The coasts feature sandy coves and crystal clear waters and some of the island's best beaches including Dassia, Paleokastritsa, Glyfada, Kontokali, and Kavos. The island's interior is forested and rugged and dotted with smaller villages.
