Its name meaning “All Villa” in Greek, this contemporary sugar cube stack sits steps from the Ionian Sea. As its name implies, the space invites you to indulge in a little bit of everything—sleek minimalist design, the latest modern furnishings, and three floors of architectural geometry, with balconies, terraces, and pergolas capturing mountain-to-open-sea views, plus a pool that melts into the waterfront horizon.

A stacked, bleached villa built across three sharp levels, this newly constructed villa cuts a bold, white figure right on the deep blue Ionian coastline. Spacious and svelte within, too, the five-bedroom home sleeps 10 in its sparkling, sand-toned-to-neutral bedrooms, several featuring see-through balconies offering unobstructed Ionian views. Common areas continue the villa's muted color palette, marked by oversized picture windows and wide glass sliders that let the Greek sun shine in, and instantly draw all eyes out to the magnificent seascape awaiting outside. An architecturally shaded barbecue and dining area makes dining alfresco a must, and the villa’s swimming pool occupies a wide, manicured green where dozens of cushy lounging options let you snuggle down only steps from the sea.

Spreading vividly across Argassi’s hillside on the isle of Zakynthos, the villa presents a panorama that takes in the shimmering Ionian Sea, Zante village, and the rugged mountain beauty rising inland from the shore. Only 750 meters from the sea and a five-minute drive from Zante Town, the island's capital, the villa is also a quick drive from Vasilikos Town and its peninsula, one of Zakynthos’s prettiest and most exclusive waterfronts, where the island’s Gerekas Beach (13km) is home to a sea turtle rescue center and nesting grounds and Agios Nicholaos draws water sports enthusiasts.

Closer to home, Zante Town (five minutes) has a lively port and pier area, pebble beaches, and lots of shopping and nightlife. A ruined castle, once occupied by the isle's Venetian rulers, rises above the city, and the small city’s seafront promenade extends along the pretty harbor area between the Monastery of Strofades and the Church Agios Niolaos of Molos. Banana Beach is a tourist favorite, with sunbed and umbrella rentals, though you’ll find more action—restaurants, clubs, cafes, and tabernas—on Laganas Beach (9 kilometers), south of Zante Town and across the headland.

The real beach draw on Zakynthos is Shipwreck Cove (36km), accessible only by boat (or from a vertiginous lookout point atop its cliffs, some 200 meters above the cove). Adventurers can also visit the island’s western coast near the picturesque village of Volimes, where the famed Blue Caves are located. Known for their reflective qualities against the white rock faces, the caves are accessible only by sea, the biggest and arguably, bluest, Cyan Cave.
