Layout

Guests occupy the two-story main house, which is fully separate from the host’s unit in the rear. The ground floor houses the chef’s kitchen and living areas. The upper floor features the two primary bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, offering a total sleeping capacity of four. The layout includes one full bathroom and one half bathroom.

Good to know

The property is accessed via two flights of outdoor stairs and the main bedrooms are on the upper floor; therefore, it is not wheelchair accessible. Due to floor-to-ceiling windows without guards, it is not suitable for small children. The hosts live on premises in a divided back unit but maintain privacy. Guests may see the owner's hypoallergenic doodle, Theodore, in a separate yard. Street parking is available on the quiet residential street.
