Built on a hill, the property offers privacy and seclusion, along with a very close proximity to the island's main attractions. A stand-alone haven with unobstructed views of the seascape, it boasts a magnificent view of the sunset and the night skies with Parikia's city lights below.

The spaces have a soft elegance. The soothing colors allow the palette of the beautiful panoramic views to take center stage and are a further invitation to clear one's head, relax and unwind.

The property is built over two floors. The layout of the house offers many communal indoor and outdoor spaces, while providing each guest with their own private areas. Adding to the guests' privacy, the 2nd floor may be accessed through the winding internal staircase or through a separate entrance door from the private parking lot.

The 1st floor consists of the living room, at the heart of the living space connecting the breakfast/dining table and the kitchen, the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and the guest toilet.

The 2nd floor has two other bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and boasts equally big and beautiful outdoor spaces, where each bedroom has its own terrace. The terraces, shaded and unshaded, along with the white pebble path lined with olive trees, provide the upper floor guests seeking some alone time.

Accessed through the living space or the kitchen, the outdoor area on the first floor includes the front terrace, plunge pool, sun-beds, sunset cocktail bar, BBQ, monastery dining table and the white pebble garden offering areas with recreational, relaxation and leisure functions.
