A Bright Family Home in the Heart of Montreal’s Plateau
This rowhouse on a quiet, tree-lined street in Montreal's Plateau neighborhood dates back to 1901 and boasts an original stone façade typical of Montreal row housing. The three-story stone house was completely gutted in 2022 and redesigned by owner architects Katrine Rivard and Matthew Fielding, reimagining the interior to create a lively family home in one of the city’s most walkable, culture-rich quarters.
The renovation has transformed the traditional plan into a warm, minimalist living space with natural materials, curated lighting, and custom millwork. There are four bedrooms in total, as well as a garden and terrace with a Weber barbecue and dining for eight guests.
This is a great home for two families, as parents can sleep separately upstairs and in the basement.
