A St Ives Cottage Close to Porthmeor Beach
This home is an inventive take on the classic fisherman's cottage, reimagined for contemporary life. Belle and Skye’s interiors are thoughtfully curated to create a sense of calm and connection to the coastal setting. The open-plan living space combines a comfortable lounge with a compact, fully-equipped kitchen and dining nook. There are two bedrooms, one on each level, and the cottage offers two distinct outdoor areas. An elevated entry terrace provides a sheltered spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif, and includes a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Above, the private rooftop terrace is fully furnished with seating and a barbecue, offering a secluded space for sunbathing and alfresco dining.

What we love
The rooftop terrace is a brilliant design feature, creating a private outdoor sanctuary in the heart of the town. The outdoor shower is the kind of thoughtful, playful detail that makes a beach house truly special.
