This brand new two-story house, Rear Break, was created as a vacation rental – in other words, it was made for relaxation. A large property with five bedrooms, it also has loads of space for hanging out, both indoors and out.
Spacious and modern with large windows, it’s simply decorated with fun handmade touches, eclectic decor and furnishings. Guests can hang in the open-plan living and dining room, in the private paved dining area, in the side yard (that’s shared with the adjacent property), or the upstairs hang-out space with its TV, games and indoor hammocks.
The ground floor is all ADA accessible, and has one bedroom and bathroom. The other four (and two bathrooms) are upstairs. Plus, if accommodation for 11 isn’t enough, there’s another house, Front Break, on the same property that sleeps a further nine guests – making it a great rental property for family reunions, wedding parties and events.
