The larger 35-square-meter cottage features an open-plan living area with a tailored kitchenette and a master suite characterized by soft linens and direct garden access. The secondary 30-meter-square cottage mirrors this aesthetic, utilizing integrated cabinetry and curated furnishings to maximize the sense of volume and light within a compact, efficient footprint.

The grounds are anchored by a 30-square-meter infinity pool. Beside it, a heated jacuzzi provides a focal point for evening relaxation under the Sicilian sky. The landscape is intentionally wild yet meticulously maintained, featuring an electric car charging station and a fleet of bicycles for exploring the extensive private estate trails.

The first space is 35 m² and has a living space with one sofa bed (available on request, as an extra, for max. two persons), dining area and kitchenette, dishwasher, and a sleeping area with a master bedroom (for max. two persons) and private full bathroom with shower.

The second space is 30 m² and features a seating area, kitchenette, full private bathroom with shower, and a master bedroom (for max. two persons).
