Sköv: Named for the Danish word for forest, this panoramic chalet offers a glass living room at its heart and distinctive Nordic styling, with wraparound elevated decks that give it an almost treehouse-like ambiance. The chalet has an outdoor spa and fireplace and private access to the area’s Red River and Long Lake trails.

Kliñt: Named for its sheer, cliff-like mountain setting, this gleaming glass box is isolated at the end of a terraced cul de sac. The three-bedroom, one-bath structure takes cues from minimalist Japanese mountain homes, featuring walls of glass and a strong, angular roof line jutting over its wraparound terrace to create sheltered outdoor seating.

AROUND

Covering 1,200 acres within the thickly wooded Laurentian forest only minutes from Mont Tremblant village and ski basin, the Chic Shack community was created to provide abundant recreation right outside of its homes, all built for minimal environmental impact. The community boasts access to the Rouge River, where natural sand dunes create beaches for swimming and the gentle waters are ideal for canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. 

Two lakes make up the community’s watershed and a well-marked trail system has been created for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and ice climbing access right out its homes’ front doors.
