Laid out in the traditional flow of Italian townhomes, the entry leads into a large living area/salon and dining area where you are immediately struck by the views on show from every window. The kitchen is now a sleek modern 'cucina' fully equipped to whip up amazing meals or have an in-house chef prepare for you. The main terrace is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen for al fresco meals and offers amazing views to the north and central lake area.

There is a ground floor en-suite bedroom with twin beds and three additional sleeping spaces on the second floor. The first features the beautiful original wood beam ceilings and structural features with lake views and an en-suite bathroom tucked away to the back.

The en-suite master is bright, airy, and romantic with triple aspect windows and lake views, while the third en suite bedroom overlooks the mountains and gardens of the Rezzonico Castle. There is also a large balcony with views of the lake and the Castle gardens that's perfect for sipping a glass of wine and catching the last rays of the sun.

The attic floor reveals the lovely original features of the villa that have been brought back to life, and has been transformed into the ultimate kid's space, offering the perfect hideaway and play zone. 

There is also a private garden just below the villa and a pathway both into the 'borgo' and down to the pebble covered beach.

COMO'S WESTERN SHORES
