Fresh from a two-year renovation completed in September 2024, the property unfolds as a central villa and five guest villas across a 5,000-square-meter private park. Its design offers panoramic views from the Gulf of Cugnana to Cala di Volpe. The villa features a heated infinity pool, a new Technogym, and interiors with custom-made furnishings. The estate sleeps up to 16 guests.

Born from the vision of Gianni Gamondi, a key architect of Costa Smeralda's distinctive style, this property respects its heritage while embracing contemporary living. The recent renovation has preserved the dialogue between architecture and nature, with structures nestled among ancient trees and granite monoliths.

Inside, the living spaces are defined by clean lines and custom-made furnishings, with a neutral palette finished in Orosei marble. The main villa features a grand living area with a 100-inch television, two fully equipped kitchens, and a curated wine cellar.

Set within a vast private park, the grounds are a highlight of the estate. A heated infinity pool and teak sundeck occupy the highest point, offering panoramic sea views. Manicured lawns and Mediterranean flora surround a bioclimatic pergola housing a new Technogym fitness area. The main villa contains a master suite and a second double room. The five guest villas house three double rooms and two triple rooms (each with a double bed and a single bed).
