The two gleaming swimming pools let you choose between a sun-soaked, rooftop lounge terrace dip or a ground-level swim surrounded by a lush, jungle-fringed terrace. Fit for a crowd, the residence also features four en-suite bedrooms fitting 12 guests (one king, two double queens, one single queen), and a curated gathering space for up to 10 yogis and wellness seekers. The kitchen comes outfitted with professional equipment, and three and a half bathrooms add to the convenience when traveling as a group. With 5,500+ square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space, the home allows for spreading out in privacy. A dedicated concierge is on hand for guest support, and housekeeping is provided daily.

The Candela community living project was awarded an IDA Silver Design Award in 2024, for its commitment to weaving together architecture, community, nature and wellness, with a sustainability commitment to natural, local, low-impact materials, amenities, and personal products. Construction materials include locally sourced tropical wood (Pucté), traditional chukum plaster and regionally sourced limestone.

Dense jungle vegetation extends inland from the sea, offering a classic tropical vacation destination with dining under swaying palms and an active outdoor nightlife. The Reserva de la Biosfera Sian Ka’an is full of cenotes as well as diverse flora and fauna unique to the area.
