The interiors are the work of designer Grietje, whose signature style blends minimalism with warm, natural materials. The home is conceived as a private retreat for creative contemplation, featuring an artist's studio, a gym, and hammock. Outside, a swimming pool and multiple terraces offer views over the Serchio River, all set within a private forested landscape.

Inside, a neutral palette, polished concrete floors, and curated modern furnishings create a calm and cohesive feel. The main living area features a fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for culinary pursuits. For wellness and creativity, the villa includes a dedicated gym and a separate art studio, offering unique spaces for guests to use and enjoy.

Manicured gardens host spacious terraces for dining and lounging, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool and hot tub are perfectly positioned to take in views of the rolling hills and the river valley below.

Layout

The villa sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms: two primary suites with queen-sized beds and a third family room with two double beds. Two modern bathrooms serve the home. The ground floor layout flows from an open-plan kitchen and living area directly onto the outdoor terraces.

The property is set within a hilly landscape. A car is essential for reaching the villa and exploring the rich Tuscan countryside. An electric vehicle charging station is available for guest use.

The villa is only a 15-minute drive from the historic, walled city of Lucca. The location is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany’s greatest hits. Pisa and its airport are just over 40 minutes away, while the cultural treasures of Florence are an hour’s drive. The glamorous beaches of the Versilia coast are reachable in 40 minutes. A car is recommended, and with several Michelin-starred restaurants and local trattorias nearby, world-class dining is just a short drive away.
