Located in southern Syros, in Megas Gialos, this villa is set on a rise above the Aegean Sea. On clear days, the property enjoys views of half a dozen offshore islands, and is located in an area with a single neighboring property. The nearest beach, Lankonáki, is a 15- to 20-minute walk from the villa, and the famed Saint Nicholas Church is about eight miles away, with the charms of Ermoupolis’ culture-packed city center only about seven miles from the home.

Beyond the sparkling Aegean sea, sunbathing, and feasting on the daily catch and harvest, Syros offers urban sightseeing pursuits in its capital city of Ermoupolis. The Cycladic capital, Ermoupolis offers a wealth of Neoclassical architecture, with over 1,000 classified buildings, theaters, restaurants and historical monuments, plus notable festivals and a thriving arts and culinary scene. Outside of the capital city, the medieval amphitheater and city of Ano Syros is worth a visit, as are the ancient monuments in Kastri, north of the capital.
