Floor-to-ceiling glass frames the Aegean, and bespoke ceramic sculptures from Melina Xenaki’s Krikri collection add a touch of local artistry to the refined, minimalist aesthetic that defines every room.

The main living and kitchen area flows into an expansive terrace through sliding glass walls, creating a unified indoor-outdoor space, with a generous 16-meter infinity pool.

The landscape design carefully preserves the native olive and carob grove, an organic herb and vegetable garden invites you to taste the terroir, while shaded pergolas offer respite from the midday sun. Every vantage point is curated to celebrate the expansive sea views.
