Nestled at the top of a hill within a pine forest, this luxury villa in Montpellier overlooks beautiful views of the Mediterranean countryside and the famous Pic Saint Loup mountain. The large lot is lush and private with rocaille landscaped gardens that are incorporated into the architectural design.
Entering through a long glass corridor to the central living area, you are immediately immersed into a private and peaceful world with large bay windows that open out completely, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor space among the terraces and gardens. The open kitchen is designed for the most demanding chefs with a separate dining area that opens out onto a private indoor garden.

As home to the 13th-century Université de Montpellier the town has a vibrant and contemporary youth culture and a mix of multicultural influences from North Africa and around the world. The Sète Halle indoor market is the spot for local delicacies and the beaches of La Grande Motte, Gruisan, and the great Espiguette "wild" beach are a short drive away.
