Architect Vincent Leprince created a trio of modern Mediterranean villas on land that once held the family’s surf shop business. This angular, whitewashed structure sits only steps from the sea, and like its neighbors, features a cool, contemporary footprint with modern loft sensibilities and breezy, beach house-styled interiors created by local designer Eric Sanchez.

The creation of Parisian architect Vincent Leprince, the angular home showcases wide glass windows and sliding doors, minimalistic décor and sundrenched terraces with big views out to sea. Interiors by Bastia-based designer Eric Sanchez are casual and coastal-inspired, with rattan and wood furnishings and fixtures joining colorful pillows and art in the living area, and more muted textiles and paintings in soothing, seafaring shades of blues and greens in the bedrooms.

The villa’s kitchen is pristine and sparkling, an all-white prep space with a casual dining room that offers views onto the bright pool terrace and beyond.
