Located within a pristine natural setting with 360-degree views of the sea and mountains, this luxury villa in South Africa is nestled below the lush mountains of Chapman’s Peak overlooking Noordhoek beach and the crashing waves of the Atlantic.
Constructed of glass, metal and concrete, the meticulously crafted home is infused with natural light and punctuated by expansive walls of glass that illuminate the interiors while capturing the stunning panoramic views of the ocean and mountain terrain. The two story structure is minimal in tone and style, with interrelated living spaces that offer differing perspectives and angles of the property and was created first and foremost with comfort in mind.
Designed for entertaining, the house is built around a spacious living, dining and kitchen area on the upper level that opens out to two terraces with stunning views overlooking the rim flow pool and surrounding landscape. There are multiple relaxation spaces in the ground floor lounge, with a library and study that flow out to the gardens. Each of the four en suite bedrooms can accommodate up to two guests with room for two additional guests on the sleeper sofa.

Waterline is 100% self-reliant when it comes to water. The property has its own borehole and reverse osmosis water filtration plant that is independent from the municipal grid. Water conservation is core to the owners' philosophy, recognizing the preciousness of this natural resource and promoting moderation and careful usage by their guests.
A 24-hour, on-call house manager with optional concierge and touring services is available (a minimum of eight weeks advanced booking recommended) with comprehensive area information guide and orientation. Weekday housekeeping included with optional extra days and laundry services, laundry facilities. Complimentary drinks stocked for arrival with optional grocery stocking and shopping services.
