The guest will receive a refund if the booking is canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay. If the guest cancels 14-30 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 14 days of the start of the stay, no refund will be given.
All refunds are subject to a credit card fee of up to 3.5%.

Only in the event the cancellation is a direct result of the pandemic (government orders the stoppage of vacation rentals or the authorities decide to restrict travel from the country of origin or to the country where the property is located), guests will be given the opportunity to receive full credit for their reservation if they rebook within one year. If the guest is unable to take the credit, the guest will receive a full refund if the booking is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. If the guest cancels 1 -14 days before the start of the stay they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 24 hours of the stay, no refund will be given.

The apartment may only be used by the persons specified in the booking. Croatian legislation requires that all guests' ID cards or passports be checked and registered with the Croatian Tourist Association. The owners will pay the tourist taxes. Please handle the apartment and its contents with care. If there is any damage to the apartment or its furnishings, please inform the owners immediately so that they can carry out the appropriate repair work as soon as possible. Costs must be paid to the owners directly or via liability insurance. Smoking is not permitted, and no candles, open fire or fireworks are permitted. Wifi is free of charge, but paid downloads of copyrighted content are not permitted. Please behave respectfully towards neighbours and avoid unnecessary noise, especially in the evening and at night. Parties are not allowed. The owner of the apartment is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may occur, such as personal injury or damage to property, fire damage, theft or criminal behavior, or for any problems related to electricity or water supply. Please switch off the air conditioning when leaving or when the windows are open, and turn off the light when you are not home.
