This villa is located on Spain's Costa del Sol, within the secured gated community of Los Monteros, only five minutes’ walk to Marbella’s top beach club and sands, and also less than 10 minutes from downtown. A glittering resort vibe prevails in and around Marbella, which is home to long stretches of beach, dozens of golf courses, sparkling waterfront hotels and nightclubs, gleaming yachts, and glamorous coastal estates. The town brims with upscale bars and seafood restaurants, and is a playground for well-heeled Spaniards who also come to enjoy greater Andalusia. Beyond Marbella’s nearly 20 miles of coastline and its hip nightlife, the city’s whitewashed, historic Old Town is worth exploring. Narrow cobbled streets are overhung with vivid bougainvillea, and the Patio de los Naranjos is a great spot for people watching. An easy day trip into the Sierra Blanca mountain range offers a different view of the sea. One top hike is to the crest of La Concha peak, a 1200+ meter rocky summit about 20 minutes from Marbella.
